We are all different – and that can only be a good thing, can’t it? My husband always says the world isn’t ready for two of me! Which is harsh but true.
We all have different strengths and different weaknesses, we all have different behavioural preferences, we all learn differently and we all communicate differently. We need to celebrate and respect these differences, because our families, our communities, our teams and indeed the world needs all of us.
Learning more about our personality type is not only really interesting, but is crucial to our Personal Development. Once we have understood more about ourselves, other aspects of our lives become easier.
There are many personality profiling tools on the market, and they all do basically the same thing. The main reason I chose to work with Clarity 4D is that it uses colour to describe the four personality types, which I think makes it so easy to understand. Colour is a language that is common to all of us.
Let’s look at the four personality types as used by Clarity 4D, and some of the positive and less positive attributes linked to each one.

Do you recognise yourself, or someone you know, in these descriptors?
Of course, it is nowhere near as black and white as those lists appear. For instance, someone might have one ‘high’ colour, but a second almost equally ‘high’ colour, so the secondary colour will change aspects of the top colour.
These lists are just a taster, but a personal profile will reveal much more about what makes you who you are. It will also explain some of your behaviours – whether you use intuition or sensing to gather information; whether you use thinking or feeling to make decisions; whether you are an introvert or an extravert.
A profile also helps you to explore your potential, to set goals and to have a better understanding of others – particularly how to communicate better with those whose personality might be very different to your own.
Do please contact me if you’d like to discuss this further, or to request a personal or team profile. I look forward to hearing from you.
